coloring the inside of his mind and the square space that is his life - Slowly, methodically, purposefully. I thought to myself, as I watched, Eventually, Darkness and Night would overtake him, not even a star will shine in the sky. So, I yelled in and said, Look out. And I started coloring with all the colors of nature’s palette. The first being the color of the stars- Nebula blue, mars red, quasar white. He looked out and strangely, started coloring faster. Hey, look out here! There are more colors to choose from. And I started coloring with dazzling light around the edges of his self-imposed limitations. So, he became a furious painter of the color in his mind and life until he could not see out and I could not see him. First the feet, then the legs His arms, and lastly, the whites of his eyes, in a blink, disappeared. Only the pitch dark blackness of willful blindness remained, surrounded by Unobserved and now Unobservable Beauty.

Profoundly penned. The imagery was striking. I'm working on becoming a furious painter.
